Kalinga University follows the Fee Refund Policy as per the guidelines set by the UGC and AICTE and in accordance with the notifications released each academic year.
NOTE: However, for the current academic year 2025-26, notification on the fee refund policy is yet to be released by AICTE, but usually, the last date to apply for the refund is 31st October 2025, based on the past notifications.
Students are entitled to a full refund of the fees if they cancel or withdraw admission before 30 September 2025. After that, the university may deduct processing fees up to INR 1,000 if the request is made by 31 October 2025.
If the admission schedule goes beyond or starts after 31 October 2025, then the refund rules given in the UGC Notification (October 2018) will apply. These rules also include the guidelines on the refund of fees and not keeping students’ original certificates.
